Lancea has a mature, internationally oriented team which is highly experienced in advising fund managers and high growth, privately held companies.  Lancea has strong technical expertise in private equity and corporate finance, supported by well-established relationships with and access to a large, diversified range of sophisticated institutional, family office and high net worth investors located predominantly in the UK, Continental Europe and Canada.  Affiliations with similar organisations located in other financial centres around the world enable global fund raisings to be undertaken with wider distribution beyond the major institutional investment communities, where appropriate.

Senior Commitment
Lancea's Partners are directly involved in all aspects of the assignment, from performing initial due diligence to closing the transaction.  One partner is responsible for managing each assignment and works closely with other members of the team.  Where necessary, external expertise for specific tasks can be sought and managed through the Lancea network.
