Strategic advice ranges from advising management teams on developing viable business plans and growth strategies through to venture, private equity and debt fundraisings (including MBO and pre-IPO situations), acquisitions and exit realisation transactions.  Lancea seek to establish long term relationships with clients, and, where circumstances permit, can take non-executive board positions in such companies.
